ABOUT FLORENCE

Following a major back operation in 2005, Florence was advised to take up Pilates as part of her rehabilitation. Thanks to Pilates, she is now free of her own back problem but brings that experience with her into the studio as she knows the very real difference Pilates can make. Florence, trained and qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher as they are widely seen as a world leader in providing a comprehensive teacher training programme. Florence loves how teaching in smaller groups enables every class to focus on each individual, allowing correction and guidance to ensure precision in every movement.

Through regular Pilates classes you will gain a greater understanding of your own body and I will provide you with the tools to use in your everyday life to keep you strong, both physically and mentally.

 

Body Control Pilates Group classes ensures you will always be in a class of 12 or less clients. This  enables me to provide you with the attention and guidance to ensure you get the ultimate results.
