BEGINNER MAT PILATES
A low impact Pilates practice using the mat. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking to refresh their understanding of the fundamental principles of Pilates.

IMPROVER AND INTERMEDIATE MAT PILATES
These classes are for those wishing to move on from a beginner class. These sessions will add more challenge and variety to your Pilates class.

1:1 LESSONS
If you are a complete beginner, have an injury or special condition, these sessions will enable you to gain a greater understanding of your body and how Pilates can help you.
In this session you will undertake an initial assessment, look at the current movement patterns whilst assessing any restrictions, injuries and/or pain. Together, we will make a plan to help you achieve your goals.
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer classes add an exciting challenge and intensity to a Pilates work out. Join me for a 1:1 class using my Balance Body Studio Reformer. You will leave this session feeling stretched, stronger and with a positive buzz running through your body.
